Salina Area United Way Teams Up with Wichita Wind Surge for Family Fun Fundraising Event
Salina, KS — Salina Area United Way is excited to announce a home run partnership with the Wichita Wind Surge for a special Family Fun Day & Fundraiser on Sunday, September 7, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at Equity Bank Park in Wichita, KS.
This event is more than just a day at the ballpark—it’s a chance to support local families and strengthen our community. A portion of each $20 ticket sold through Salina Area United Way’s exclusive link will directly benefit programs that improve lives across Salina and the surrounding region.
“We’re excited to team up with the Wichita Wind Surge for this unique opportunity to raise funds and offer a memorable day for families in our community,” said Christina Small, Executive Director of Salina Area United Way.
Perfect for families, youth sports teams, and community groups, this event is a great way to wrap up the summer season together. Tickets include seats right on the third base line near the dugout, offering fans a fantastic view of the action and an up-close experience with the game.
